Chantilly Drive Sidewalk – from Sheridan Road to Executive Park S.

Chantilly Drive Sidewalk Project

This project will construct approximately 1,000 linear feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalk with ADA ramps and crosswalk striping along the western side of Chantilly Drive NE from just south of Executive Park S. to just north of Sheridan Road NE. 

Funding Source: This project is funded by the City’s Special Service District millage rate.

Status Update (February 9, 2024):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 99% complete. Land disturbance permitting is anticipated to be complete by the end of the first quarter. Acquisitions for two temporary easements and two driveway easements are underway and should be complete by first quarter of 2024.

Status Update (November 15, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 99% complete. Land disturbance permitting is anticipated to be complete by the end of the year. Acquisitions for one parcel of right of way as well as two temporary easements and two driveway easements are underway and should be complete by first quarter of 2024.

Status Update (September 8, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 95% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer/early fall

Status Update (June 20, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 90% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer. 

Status Update (May 3, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 80% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late spring. 

Status Update (March 3, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 50% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late spring.
