Ashford Dunwoody Road Multi-use Path Project Phase II – from Brenton Drive to West Nancy Creek Drive

Project Exhibit

This project will construct approximately 1,000 linear feet of 10-foot-wide multi-use path with ADA ramps along the eastern side of Ashford Dunwoody Road from just south of Brenton Drive NE to West Nancy Creek Drive NE.  Pedestrian scale lighting will also be included.

Status Update (January 23, 2024):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 97% complete and land disturbance permitting is anticipated to be complete by the first quarter of 2024.  Acquisition for two temporary easements and driveway easements necessary to construct the project is underway and is anticipated to be complete by early spring 2024. 

Status Update (November 15, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 95% complete and land disturbance permitting is anticipated to be complete by the end of the year.  Acquisition for two temporary easements and driveway easements necessary to construct the project is anticipated to be complete by early spring 2024. 

Status Update (September 8, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 90% complete and is anticipated to be complete by early fall. 

Funding Source: This project is funded by the City’s Special Service District millage rate.

Status Update (June 20, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 70% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer/early fall. 

Status Update (May 3, 2023): The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 60% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer/early fall.

Status Update (March 3, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 50% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer/early fall.
