Projects Completed in 2022 

  1. MHarts Mill Ln Storm Outfall Installationerriman Ln Drainage Improvements:  LaVista Park.  Upgrade drainage system with curb inlets, flumes, a lined ditch, curbs, and improved driveway aprons.  Complete 2/23/22.

  2. Windsor Pkwy: EMERGENCY REPAIR. Replace the failing 18” CMP, CBs & HW under Windsor Pkwy. Start: 2/7/22. Complete: 2/17/22.

  3. 2017 NF Nancy Creek Stream Restoration Project – 2017 319(h) Cost Share Grant – Downstream of Murphey Candler Spillway to Confluence with Nancy Creek. Ed Castro Landscaping: Complete 1/2/22. Currently in monitoring phase.

  4. Green Meadows Ln In-Stream Headwall / Road Erosion Protection:  Replace failing outlet structure adjacent to W side of Green Meadows Ln with a headwall and retaining wall. Complete: 4/5/22

  5. Ashwoody Ct Drainage Conveyance Trunk– Replace failing 24”CMP, junction box and upstream Headwall. Start 5/11/22.  Complete: 5/31/22

  6. 3378 Woodrow Way Drainage Outfall– Replace failing 24”CMP, remove buried junction box and replace downstream headwall. Start: 6/01/22. Complete: 6/22/2022.

  7. Canmont Drive Storm Drainage Flume Emergency Repair: Replace flume and top to prevent storm debris from entering creek.  the roadway to the creek, replace catch basins, junction box, construct a new headwall and riprap outfall to the creek.  Start:  8/8/22.  Complete:  8/12/22

  8. 3910 Harts Mill Lane Drainage System and Outfall Rehab: Replace a failing 24" CMP pipe to the creek, replace catch basin, construct new junction boxes to accomodate the steep slope of the storm drainage area, construct a new headwall with energy dissipation and riprap outfall to the creek.  Start:  6/21/22.  Complete:  8/23/22

  9. Sylvan Circle Drainage System & Outfall Rehab: Replace a failing 18" and 24" CMP pipe under the roadway to the creek, replace catch basins, junction box, construct a new headwall and riprap outfall to the creek.  Start:  8/22/22.  Complete:  9/13/22

  10. Burch Circle Drainage System & Outfall Rehab: Replace a failing 24" CMP pipe under the roadway to the creek, replace catch basins, junction box, construct a new headwall and riprap outfall to the creek.  Start:  12/05/22.  Complete:  12/16/22

  11. N. Cliff Valley Way Emergency Storm Pipe Repair: Replace a failing 18" CMP pipe under adjacent to sidewalk from the curb to large junction box in green space, replace sidewalk.  Start:  10/18/22.  Complete:  10/25/22

  12. Granger Dr at Granger Ct Storm Sewer Trunk Line and Outfall:  Replace failing 24" CMP crossing Granger Dr and Granger Ct to the outfall.  Begin:  August 2022. Completed:  12/21/22

  13. MARTA, Peachtree Rd, and Brookhaven Green Storm Sewer Cleaning, CCTV, and Condition Assessment

  14. CITYWIDE:  Closed circuit television / video drainage pipe inspection and cleaning program.
