Ashford Dunwoody Road Multi-use Path Project Phase III

This project will construct approximately 3,500 linear feet of 10-foot-wide multi-use path with ADA ramps along the eastern side of Ashford Dunwoody Road from just south of the Oglethorpe Crossing shopping center to just north of Windsor Parkway.  Pedestrian scale lighting will be included as well as other streetscape elements where feasible.

Funding Source: This project is funded by the City’s Special Service District millage rate.

Status Update (January 23, 2024):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  A preliminary boundary survey is under review to establish the right of way of Ashford Dunwoody Road. The design work is approximately 70% complete and is anticipated to be complete by the first quarter of 2024

Status Update (November 15, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  Boundary surveying work is underway to establish the right of way of Ashford Dunwoody Road and is anticipated to be complete by the end of the year.  The design work is approximately 60% complete and is anticipated to be complete by the first quarter of 2024

Status Update (September 9, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 50% complete and is anticipated to be complete by early winter. 

Status Update (June 20, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 40% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late fall/early winter. 

Status Update (May 3, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 30% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late fall/early winter. 

Status Update (March 3, 2023):  The project is currently in the design phase of development.  The design work is approximately 20% complete and is anticipated to be complete by late summer/early fall.
