This is the program that governs how the City of Brookhaven manages the collection, conveyance, discharge, and a water quality aspects of the City-owned portions of the drainage system.

- All of these are part of the drainage system. Anything that helps direct runoff from where it lands to Nancy Creek or N Fork Peachtree Creek is part of the drainage system.
