Completed Stormwater Rehabilitation / Repair / Replacement Projects 

  1. Caldwell at Brookhaven Way Drainage System Rehab: Replace a failing 18" CMP pipe under the roadway, replace catch basins, and failing 18" CMP to junction box. Approved FY22.  Start:  January 2023.  Complete:  2/20/23
  2. Georgian Hills Ter Drainage Improvements (Sklyand Dr near Georgian Ter):  Replace failing double CMP culverts under road, replace catch basins and flume, replace headwalls, relocate low point in street to coincide with catch basins, and install new sidewalk over crossing (to accommodate future sidewalk master plan).  Approved FY22. Start 1/17/23. Complete:  2/27/23
  3. Donaldson Drive Emergency Drainage System Rehabilitation:  Replace failed 36" CMP drainage trunk line, pipe branches to street catch basins, and discharge headwall. Approved FY22.    Start Jan 2023.Complete:  3/1/23
  4. Tripple Creek Ct Drainage System Rehabilitation:  Replace failed 24" CMP drainage trunk line, pipe branches to street catch basins, and discharge headwall. Approved FY22.   Start 3/13/23 Complete:  3/24/23
  5. Club Place Ph II Drainage System Rehabilitation:  Replace failed 36" CMP drainage trunk line, pipe branches to street catch basins, and discharge headwall. Approved FY22.   Start 3/28/23 Complete:  4/5/23
  6. Bluffhaven Way Point Repair:  Replace failed 48" CMP drainage trunk line point repair. Approved FY22.   Start 3/27/23 Complete:  4/14/23
  7. Long Branch Court:  Project advanced in priority to accommodate 2022-2023 Paving Program.  Replace catch basins and failing CMP pipe under street.  Upstream and downstream segments completed in 2022 and 2020 respectively.  Full system will have been replaced at the conclusion of this project.  Approved FY 22.  Start:  5/3/23  Complete:  5/16/23
  8. Coosawatte Rd Stormwater Drainage Improvements.  Project advanced in priority to accommodate Emergency conditions of pipe failure under the roadway.  Construct headwall, and pipe under Coosawattee Rd.  Approved FY 23.  Start:  5/30/23 Complete:  6/8/23
  9. Inman Dr Stormwater Drainage Improvements:  Project advanced in priority to accommodate 2022-2023 Paving Program.  Replace pedestal inlet, flume and headwall, and multiple pipe sizes and materials under Inman Dr.  Approved FY 22.  Start:  6/12/23 Complete:  6/20/23
  10. Lanier Dr (3188) Drainage Improvements:  2022 maintenance activities discovered multiple pipe failures between street and outfall .  Replace all catch basins and pipe in road as well as route to the outfall.  Approved FY22.  Start 6/21/23   Complete:  7/21/23
  11.  Lanier Dr (3016) Drainage Improvements: Project advanced in priority to accommodate 2022-2023 Paving Program.  Replace catch basin, pedestal inlet and failing CMP pipe under NB lane. Approved FY22.  Start 7/24/23   Complete:  7/31/23
  12. Shady Valley Dr Stormwater Drainage Improvements:  Project advanced in priority to accommodate 2022-2023 Paving Program.  Replace catch basins, and failing CMP pipe under street and to JB. Replace JB, add drop CB to accommodate new storm pipe and high pressure gas main required clearance. Approved FY 22.  Start:  8/23/23 Complete:  9/12/23

  13. Executive Park Drive (17) Stormwater Drainage Improvements:  Replace damaged catch basin and curb and gutter at median. Start:  9/19/23 Complete:  9/25/23

  14. Victor Road (1316, 1340, 1344 & 1684 Dunwoody Trail) Stormwater Drainage Improvements:  Replace 500 ft failing CMP, junction boxes, drop inlets, headwall, impacted driveway aprons and granite curb. Start: 10/31/23 Complete:  1/8/24
