Field Inspections and assessment of the condition of stormwater infrastructure identified this culvert, headwall and two (2) curb inlets are falling and need replacement. - Replace upstream headwall
- Replace a buried junction box JB
- Replace two (2) curb inlet structures on both sides of the roadway,
- Remove debris from upstream of headwall
- Concrete patch and asphalt surfacing across roadway storm sewer excavation work
