The 2021 Completed List of Stormwater Repairs:

  1. Woodrow Way at Inman Dr.: – Replace CB’s, pipe, HW, and restore slope.  Summit. ($95,018). Completed  1/8/21
  2. Brook Valley Lane: – Replace two failed culverts under road and GDOT 1033 and 1034 catch basins.  RESS. ($47,690). Completed  2/5/21.
  3. 1169/1166 Wild Creek Trail: - Drainage Rehab:  Failing bedding/backfill.  Rehab pipe and replace catch basins. The Corbett Group. ($34,04). Completed 01/23/21. 
  4. LaVista Park Discharge Weir Rehab: - The rehabilitation of the city drainage system at LaVista Park and Brook Forest Rd. IPR. ($80,000). Completed 3/23/21.  
  5. Star Dr at Sylvan Cir: - A sinkhole had formed due to a corroded (18” CMP pipe failure). Summit. ($85,029). Completed 06/01/21.
  6. Fernwood Cir Sinkhole: -  A 36” CMP under Fernwood Circle had failured.  Two JB’s have defects. Summit ($62,340). Completed .
  7. 1224 Bernadette Lane: - Drainage Rehab:  Rehab pipeline and replace catch basins under road. Vortex Companies. ($3,900). Completed  5/7/21.
  8. 2900 Mabry Ln: – Sinkhole at intersection of CB top and granite curb, behind curb.  Some road base missing.  Suspect grouting issues.  Re-grout interior of CB and fill sink with flowable fill.  Optech work order - # 7271. Completed 02/04/21. 
  9. 1191 Daventry Way: – Repairs to collapsing 54” CMP (point and open cut).  Optech - WO # 6805. Completed 3/24/21.
  10. 1384 Ragley Hall: – Sink hole in ROW.  Hollow under pavement and S/W.  WO 7242.  Self- performed repair, OPTECH. New CB tops formed and poured.  Flowable fill used to fill voids. New S/W panels poured over sink hole.  Completed 4/20/21.
  11. 1230 Mayfair Ln: - Drainage Rehab. Failing bedding/backfill.  Rehab pipe and replace catch basins.  Vortex Companies.  ($32,985). Completed 5/12/21.
  12. Bernadette Ln: - (1224) Rehab pipeline and replace catch basins under road. Vortex Companies. ($39,020).  Completed 5/12/21.
  13. Star Dr at Sylvan Cir: -(18” CMP pipe failure) $85,029 Council approved on 10/27/20.  Summit. ($75,029).  Completed 5/12/21.
  14. 2391 Cortez Way: – Failing pipe from street to outfall has caused deep and dangerous sinkhole in rear yard.  Replace 30” CMP with 30” HP Storm.  Replace HW.  Add 2 JB’s on slope to reduce slope.  Replace CB at street.  Restoration.  RESS. ($56,050).  Complete 6/3/21.
  15. 3479 StrafIeld Dr: – A linear sinkhole Stratfield Phase III Project site.  Pressure grouting started 9/13/21.  Completed:  9/18/21
  16. 1177 & 1169 W Nancy Creek: – 48” CMP culvert replacement and property restoration.  RESS.  PO 1763 ($601,000). Completed 10/30/21.
  17. N Fork Nancy Creek Stream Restoration Project: - Murphey Candler Spillway to Nancy Creek. PO 1688 ($278,042.95). Completed 12.31.21.
