Road Closure – Intersection of Windsor Parkway and Osborne Road The Windsor Parkway and Osborne Road roundabout intersection will be closed for a two-day project Saturday & Sunday, August 12-13. The purpose of the road closure is to allow for the installation of new art crosswalks at the roundabout. Detour signs will be posted to re-route traffic around the area.
