Pavilion | Tennis Court | Athletic Field Reservations

The City of Brookhaven Parks and Recreation offers numerous pavilions, classrooms, gyms, athletic fields, and community rooms for all types of events and programs.

• Pavilion Rentals require a three (3) hour minimum rental period. Options for times available are 9:00am-12:00pm, 12:30pm-3:30pm, & 4:00pm-7:00pm. If you require special accommodations, please contact Tonya Neal at tonya.neal@brookhavenga.gov. 

Rental Process:

1. The first step in the standard (non special event) rental process, if you are not booking a pavilion or tennis court, is to complete the appropriate rental form depending on which facility you would like to reserve. You can return this completed rental form to the office at Lynwood Community center or email it to the proper staff member.

   • Special (Public) Events go to ayana.mayers@brookhavenga.gov
3. Let us know of anything particular you plan to have at your rental; i.e. bounce houses, a DJ, caterer, etc. Please note that alcohol will ONLY be allowed upon receipt of a special alcohol permit and/or department approval. You will also be responsible for arranging for an off-duty police officer to be present during your rental.
4. Once we have your completed rental application, we will move forward with booking your rental on our calendar. If you are making payment in person (cash, check, and card accepted) please come to the Lynwood Recreation Center. If you would like to pay with card from home, you will be emailed a link to our payment site. As of April 2019 we are no longer able to accept card payments over the phone.
5. After your rental concludes, assuming no damage was done to the facility, you will be refunded back the damage deposit amount. Per Brookhaven Finance Department guidelines, this deposit will be refunded via check within 4-6 weeks after your rental is over.
6. Please note that we do not accept any application forms prior to 2 months in advance, and we do not take rentals inside of 2 days' notice. Applications sent prior to 2 months in advance will not be considered. Also be mindful that a completed rental form and payment are required to confirm a reservation; we do not hold rental spots.

Note: The Rental Facility Availability Search will take you to a calendar view of our facilities to see when times are available. You are NOT able to rent facilities directly from the website, that must be done by contacting a staff member. The only exception is tennis courts which are available to rent online.
