Project Portal

To apply for residential construction of a swimming pool or spa, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your project plans. 

The following is required for all Swimming Pool and/or Spa construction permits:

  • Site Plan 
    • Indicate location of fence and pool equipment
    • Cross - section
    • Related plumbing from pool to pool equipment
    • Related electrical components including but not limited to; pool lights, pool equipment, disconnect, pump size, and rating source of power
    • Equipotential system & barrier and /or alarm requirements
  • Authorized Agent Form
  • Contractor Registration Form (if applicable)
  • DeKalb County Easement Approval (routing instructions will be sent after permit acceptance)
