Demolition

To apply for a demolition permit, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your project plans. 

The following is required for all Demolition permits:

• Site Plan 
• Vermin Letter
• EPD Notification Form:
  • No Asbestos Detected:
    • Project Notification Form for Asbestos Renovation, Encapsulation or Demolition
  • Asbestos Detected:
    • Completion Notification for Removal or Encapsulation of Asbestos
• Authorized Agent Form
• Contractor Registration Form (if applicable)
