Decks and Porches - Commercial

To apply for the construction of a deck and/or porch, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your project plans. 

The following is required for all Deck and/or Porch construction permits:

• Site Plan 
• Construction Drawings (must be to scale) including: 
  • Elevations
  • Electrical Schematic (if applicable)
  • Structural drawings including floor and roof framing
  • Attachment and stair details
  • Stamped drawings for engineered building components
• DeKalb County Watershed Management Approval (routing instructions will be sent after permit acceptance if applicable)
• Authorized Agent Form 
• Contractor Registration Form (if applicable)
