Occupancy Inspection (For Occupational Tax Certificate)

To schedule an occupancy inspection, please login to the Project Portal to complete all information for the application and upload your plans.

• Floor Plan
  • Drawn to scale with dimensions
  • Labeling of rooms/spaces as to use (e.g. office, storage, breakroom)
  • Exit door swings
  • Furniture/fixture/equipment layout
  • Location of exit signs, emergency lights and fire extinguishers
