Ground Sign

Project Portal

To apply for installation of a ground sign, please login to the Project Portal to complete your application and upload project plans. 

The following is required for all Ground Sign permits:

  • Site Plan (Closed Boundary Survey)
    • Gross acreage
    • Proposed and existing sign(s)
    • Entrance driveways from public streets, rights-of-way, easements
    • Building(s) location(s)
    • Gross area of building(s) and floor area occupied by subject owner or tenant
  • Full-color scaled renderings with dimensions
  • Illumination
  • Footing Detail
  • Business License and COI 

* New ground signs over 10' require engineered drawings.
