City Council wrap-up for the March 1 meeting

Brookhaven, GA, March 3, 2022 – The Brookhaven City Council acted on several items in its March 1 meeting: 

  • The Mayor and Council unanimously approved a consent agenda which included:
    • The minutes of the Feb. 22 Work Session and Regular Meeting.
    • An agreement with Ferguson Group for legislative services.
    • An agreement with State Road and Toll Authority for marketing services as administrator for Top End Transit Executive Committee.
  • The City Council unanimously approved an ordinance to amend the FY2021 Paving Capital Project Budget and Briarwood/Buford Highway Multi-Use Path Project Budget to appropriate $49,849 from the FY2021 Paving Capital Project to the Briarwood/Buford Hwy Multi-Use Path Project for a fee increase for the work left to be performed on the project.
  • The City Council unanimously approved a change order of $49,849 to Autaco Dev. for the Briarwood / Buford Hwy Multiuse Path.
