Development Authority

The Brookhaven Development Authority is a nonprofit public body that promotes trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities pursuant to the state constitution and the Georgia Development Authorities Law. The Development Authority operates under the direction of the Economic Development Director and meets on an as-needed basis. Members serve four-year terms. Each person is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council.
