City Council elects John Funny as Mayor Pro Tempore

Brookhaven, GA, Jan. 9, 2024 – At the first meeting of 2024, the Brookhaven City Council voted and elected Councilman John J. Funny to the position of Mayor Pro-Tempore.

After careful consideration and unanimous support from fellow council members, Councilman Funny has been chosen to serve as Mayor Pro-Tempore for the upcoming term.
