City Council business meeting on March 12

Brookhaven, GA, March 11, 2024 – The Brookhaven City Council will conduct its next regularly scheduled business meeting Tuesday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m., at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road NE, in Brookhaven.

The business meeting contains the following for City Council consideration:

•    A public hearing and consideration of a resolution amending Brookhaven’s Urban Redevelopment Agency Plan.

•    A consent agenda which includes:
     o    The minutes of the Feb. 27, 2024, Work Session and Regular Meeting.

•    An ordinance to amend the 2023 Budget to appropriate final budget-to-actual variance adjustments to the FY2023 Budget.

•    Contract with Moffatt & Nichol for $1,949,485 for design services for PI# 0017808 Peachtree Creek Greenway Phase III.
