City Council business meeting on Feb. 27

Brookhaven, GA, Feb. 26, 2024 – The Brookhaven City Council will conduct its next regularly scheduled business meeting Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m., at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road NE, in Brookhaven.

The business meeting contains the following for City Council consideration:

  • A consent agenda which includes:
    • The minutes of the Feb. 13, 2024, Work Session and Regular Meeting.
    • Approval to donate a television to the Latin American Association.
  • A presentation on the progress of City Hall construction.
  • A presentation on the Biochar project at Murphey Candler Lake.
  • An ordinance to amend Chapter 27 Zoning (Data Centers).
  • An ordinance to amend the City of Brookhaven Special Service District boundaries.
  • Additional services for Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering for the Briarwood Rd MUP (Walk 20-101) task order amendment #2, under Contract 22-102 On-Call Engineering Services Contract in the amount of $34,941.
  • Contract with Moffatt & Nichol for $1,949,485 for design services for PI# 0017808 Peachtree Creek Greenway Phase III.
  • An amendment to the Up4tennis contract.
