RFQ 22-117, Construction Manager At-Risk Services for City Hall and Parking Deck

The City of Brookhaven Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services for the City Hall and Parking Deck Project. Since its incorporation in 2012, the City of Brookhaven has provided services to its citizens and businesses through partnerships with private firms. Brookhaven has over 55,000 people and covers a geographic area of over 13 square miles. The City functions under the governance of a City Council and the management of a City Manager.
