Note: Attendance for Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory. Bidders will be required to sign-in at the

beginning of the meeting and sign-out at the end of the meeting. Bidders must be present on site and signed

in by 10:00 am EST to be qualified to submit a bid for this park project.
