The City of Brookhaven has partnered with third party provider, SeeClickFix.com in an effort to provide citizens & businesses with a more efficient method of reporting issues within the city.
SeeClickFix.com is an online web application and smartphone app that allows any individual to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, damaged signs, graffiti or traffic safety issues on a map for everyone to see.
SeeClickFix.com allows anyone to create a geographical keyword based watch area for themselves or others that will alert them by email of issues reported on the map within their area matching their keywords. To find out more about how it works, go to SeeClickFix.
